Position Title: Deburr Operator

Position Summary:
The Deburr Operator is responsible for refining and smoothing the rough edges or ridges from metal components.

Position Accountabilities:
The essential responsibilities for this role include:

• Verify that products meet the requirements of the Master Operations Table (MOT) and/or Blueprint (B/P).
• Inspect products for any damage before initiating the deburring process.
• Identify and tag reject items prior to submission to Inspection.
• Perform additional duties as assigned or requested, whether within the job description or not.

Qualifications:

• Ability to communicate effectively in the English language.
• Adaptability to varied requests from management.
• Technical knowledge of machines and measuring equipment as required to complete assigned tasks.
• Ability to confirm that all products meet the requirements of the MOT and/or B/P.
• Capability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
• Proficient blueprint reading skills.
• Knowledge of hand tools and other items necessary for the work.
