Senior Engineer – Structural

This position will consist of working on everything from repair and maintenance to large greenfield projects.

• On-site work including damage assessment and construction field observation.
• Understand and implement practical application of structural engineering standards.
• Manage structural engineering projects. Experience allocating project tasks to multiple individuals on the structural team.
• Ability to travel roughly 10-25% of the time throughout the Pacific Northwest and nationally.

Minimum Requirements

• BS in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited institution. Registered professional engineer is a plus, with the ability to obtain licenses in other states through reciprocity.
• Must be able to develop creative and practical solutions for the unique problems in industry. Collaborate on best solutions for layout and support, access, future expansion.
• Self-motivated individual showing the ability to enthusiastically work in a multi-discipline team setting.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Experience mentoring entry-level through mid-level structural engineers.
• Familiarity with typical software used in structural engineering.
