Job Description

Adapt functional business requirements and processes to technical solutions based upon comprehensive enterprise application solution sets. Enterprise resource planning and management processes, include but are not limited to: knowledge management, investment analysis, data warehousing, ecommerce, return on investment analysis, human resource analysis, material management and logistics, supply chain management, procurement, ordering, manufacturing, decision support, and information dissemination. THERE ARE 2 LEVELS FOR THIS POSITION. PLEASE SEE BELOW FOR THE DIFFERENT QUALIFICATIONS. 

LEVEL II

RESPONSIBILITIES

• The Contractor will be responsible for supporting the daily sustainment of the Procurement/Sales and Distribution business areas.
• Support the principle enterprise application product expert in the sustainment of interfaces including as required:
  • Support the principle enterprise application product expert in the configuration tasks: IMG tables as required related to Data Structures Analysis of Help Desk Tickets (HDT) and appropriate follow-up actions
  • Sustainment of Procurement/Sales and Distribution  Workflows
  • New enhancements to the system in any of the areas utilized for Procurement/Sales and Distribution  (new functionality or changes to requirements)
  • Support the principle enterprise application product expert in the management of upgrades to SAP ECC through application of Support Stacks / Packs (Analysis and testing) serve as the resident expert for all Procurement/Sales and Distribution functions and transactions.
  • The Sr. Enterprise Application Product Expert must perform root cause analysis and enhancement functions of all relevant processes.

REQUIREMENTS 

• Due to the nature of the contracts we support, US citizenship is required
• Security Clearance: Secret
• 5+ years of SAP IM/WM experience
• At least three project lifecycle experience
• Customer focused
• SAP Materials Management Certification desired
• ECC 6.0 expertise required
• Experience in the MM module
• Strong integration knowledge of MM, FIN, SD, PM, MRP and IM/WM
• Strong experience with interfacing tools/technologies such as IDOC, BAPI, ALE & RFC and SAP PI.
• Experience in analyzing business processes and recommending BPR options based on SAP COTS capabilities and current solution.
• GCSS-ARMY lifecycle experience desired

LEVEL III

RESPONSIBILITIES

• The Contractor(s) shall serve as a technical expert in the Material Requirements Planning (MRP) processes.  
• Business processes include but are not limited to highly customized MRP activity that should take place to improve material availability, contain costs, and keep excess inventory to a minimum.  
• The Contractor(s) shall assist the Government in ensuring all RICEFWs are documented as to why, how and what the RICEFWs will be used for to support MRP sustainment processes.
• The Contractor(s) shall understand the security roles that can execute the MRP process and how that access is differentiated (i.e., ABC display MRP results, while XYZ can execute a MRP run), monitor the MRP process, and troubleshoot and provide remediation if required.  
• The Contractor(s) shall be required to understand the lifecycle of service requests, Help Desk Tickets, change items and the software development.  
• The Contractor(s) shall recognize MRP integration points with other transition packages.

REQUIREMENTS 

• Due to the nature of the contracts we support, US citizenship is required
• Security Clearance: Secret
• 10+ years of BW experience 
• At least five BW project lifecycles experience 
• At least one Business Objects project lifecycles experience 
• Customer focused 
• BW 7.x certification 
• ABAP and ECC 6.0 expertise required 
• SAP HANA experience desired 
• Experience in design and modeling, data acquisition and ETL processing, Enterprise / Web Reporting, query analysis and integrated planning 
• Experience in Batch scheduling and Process chains 
• GCSS-ARMY lifecycle experience desired
