Sr Process Technician

What You'll Be Doing

• Perform preventative machine maintenance to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime
• Conduct mold tooling maintenance, including pulling and setting tools as required
• Notify lead of any extended repairs or spare parts needed and assist in their procurement
• Complete all maintenance paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
• Replace tool components when damaged or broken
• Assist the production team as needed to meet production goals
• Conduct quality audits and ensure compliance with food safety, legality, and quality standards
• Troubleshoot hot runner systems to identify and resolve any issues
• Report any potential food safety, legality, quality, or food defense concerns to the plant manager or quality personnel
• Maintain product safety, legality, regulatory compliance, and quality systems
• Follow all documented Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including personal protection equipment (PPE) procedures
• This is a safety-sensitive position that may require random drug testing

What We're Looking For

• Experience in the injection molding process
• Strong mechanical skills and ability to use basic hand tools
• Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems
• Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
• High school diploma or equivalent
