PROJECT MANAGER –

• 5 Years minimum experience as Jr. PM or 10 years field experience in various service lines.
• Responsible for selling services with clients, creating new client opportunities, and executing significant projects.
• Demonstrated ability to understand project from inception through completion including estimating, contract negotiations, execution of work, tracking costs, managing budgets, working with client reps for contract compliance including change orders, addendums, and retention releases.
• Mentors project staff and works with the a General Superintend to identify mentoring and advancement opportunities.
• Overall accountability for assigned projects including safety program implementation, P&L, project execution and success.
• Accountable to Sr. Management for project success.
