FACILITIES SUPERVISOR

What You'll Be Doing
- Oversee plant utilities generation and quality, upholding exacting standards.
- Implement both preventative and corrective maintenance strategies.
- Ensure strict adherence to industry and regulatory standards.
- Assign and manage facility maintenance technicians' work orders.
- Coordinate external services support for site-wide systems.
- Guide project teams in the efficient selection and design of new equipment and facilities.
- Efficiently manage maintenance work orders while minimizing backlogs.
- Innovate maintenance methods to enhance system performance.
- Uphold stringent documentation for facility equipment maintenance.
- Promote safety protocols and environmental protection efforts.
- Assist in maintaining cGMP-compliant operations.
- Direct the installation, maintenance, and regulatory compliance within the regulated sectors.
- Troubleshoot complex systems and maintain key maintenance records.
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with relevant experience.
- Proven supervisory experience within regulated industries.
- Solid engineering fundamentals and mastery of cGMPs and FDA regulations.
- Ability to understand complex blueprints and technical specs.
- Expertise in electrical principles and compliance with National Electrical Code.
- Adept at solving issues in intricate electronic and mechanical systems.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and strong written communication abilities.
