    Location

    Manchester, NH - hybrid remote/in office available

    Salary

    $73K - $88,500K commensurate with experience

    Job Summary

    The Financial Analyst is primarily responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making. This position will collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate financial reporting, assist in budgeting and forecasting activities, and provide project teams with financial guidance that aides in business decisions.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and forecasting, to support decision-making processes.
    • Prepare and present financial reports and insights to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant financial data and ensure accuracy in reporting.
    • Assist in the development of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, providing recommendations for cost-saving opportunities and revenue enhancement.
    • Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget and provide recommendations for improvement.
    • Evaluate and assess financial data for trends, anomalies, and potential risks or opportunities.
    • Participate in financial modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic planning initiatives.
    • Support month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
    • Supports ad-hoc tasks and various business projects using tools to improve processes and increase productivity.

    Required Qualifications

    • Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role, with a strong understanding of financial statements and financial analysis techniques.
    • Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Knowledge of financial software and ERP systems (Netsuite Planning & Budgeting Module, Tableau knowledge a plus)
    • Experienced professional contributor with responsibility for an advanced area of work in the professional field
    • Typically requires BS / BA in related discipline
    • Generally requires at least 5 years of directly-related experience. A Master’s Degree and 3 years of previous experience in related field could qualify a candidate for entry into the company at this level
    • Professional certification required in some areas
