    Key Responsibilities:

    • Translating blueprints into real-world aircraft components.
    • Using a variety of tools and machinery to manipulate metal components.
    • Ensuring product quality by conducting meticulous inspections.
    • Documenting any deviations from the specifications.
    • Applying MRO skills to keep machinery in optimal working condition.
    • Collaborating in a team-based environment for problem-solving.

    Required Qualifications:

    • 3+ years experience as a Sheet Metal Mechanic
    • Practical experience in MRO or heavy repair industry
    • Expertise in handling non-conformance tags
    • Capable of carrying out physically demanding tasks
    • Airframe and Powerplant certificate a plus (A&P)
    • High School diploma or GED
