Maintenance Technician

What You'll Be Doing

• Troubleshoot and repair a broad range of equipment, covering everything from electrical systems to hydraulic issues.
• Operate a variety of heavy-duty machinery to ensure the facility runs like clockwork.
• Use diagnostic tools to identify issues and ensure machinery operates at peak efficiency.
• Work on the bench to machine parts as needed, ensuring a perfect fit every time.
• Keep detailed records of your work, helping the team stay informed and prepared.
• Contribute to improvement initiatives, making our processes leaner and more effective.
• Work closely with suppliers and external maintenance partners to keep operations smooth.
• Be ready to respond to urgent calls, sometimes outside regular hours.
• Commit to extra hours during peak periods, ensuring we meet our ambitious goals.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of facility and machine maintenance experience
• Experience diagnosing and fixing mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems
• Experience with light electrical, plumbing, hvac and carpentry
• Experience using a multimeter to diagnose electrical issues
• Experience repairing CNC or metal working machinery a plus
• High school or GED required; technical training preferred
