Your primary responsibilities include servicing, upgrading and modernizing existing elevator systems. In your seasoned hands will rest the task of infusing life into our operations, replacing antiquated components with state-of-the-art, technologically advanced parts. Key Responsibilities:

• Spearheading the task of upgrading and modernizing existing elevator systems.
• Leveraging your technical expertise and hands-on experience for effective execution of elevator system upgrades.
• Deft usage of hand and electrical tools, hydraulics, wiring, and plumbing.
• Installation of controllers, translation of schematics, testing of elevators, and execution of thorough elevator inspections.
• Troubleshooting potential problems and working towards effective solutions in a range of elevator systems.
• Nurturing a conducive work environment through the mentorship of junior technicians.

Required Qualifications:

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in elevator  service and repair.
• Elevator modernization experience preferred.
• Possession of a Certified Elevator Technician CET degree or an Elevator Mechanic License.
• Proficiency in working with both traction and hydraulic elevators.
• Significant experience in using hand and electrical tools, hydraulics, wiring, and plumbing.
• An established record of installing controllers, reading schematics, conducting elevator inspections, and testing of elevators.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
