    JCSI, a recruiting consulting company is partnering with Bertelsmann Printing Group to fill a critical Web Press Machine Operator role in their Berryville, VA location. Bertelsmann Printing is a leading book printing service provider that offers a wide range of fiction and non-fiction one-color book printing solutions. They have a dedicated team of over 1,400 employees across multiple locations in the United States that are passionate about exceeding customers’ expectations.

    JOB SUMMARY

    You will operate our existing Web Press equipment and/or our NEW state of the art ManRoland Lithoman III press.

    SALARY
    $26-$30/hr- commensurate with experience

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Responsible for safety, quality, production, and maintenance on our 1 color web offset press; producing folded 16, 32 and 64 page 2-up signatures. Our Pressroom currently has 3-Manroland, 1-Timson and 2-SHM Web Presses with new equipment coming in 2023, 2024 and 2025.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • 3+ years experience operating a web press
    • Experience operating Manroland, Lithoman or S&H presses preferred
    • Mechanical troubleshooting skills
    • High School or GED
