Key Responsibilities:

• Use your command of AutoCAD and preferably Civil 3D to craft accurate and detailed site designs.
• Apply your civil engineering knowledge and expertise to contribute to the successful completion of our diverse projects.
• Collaborate with architects and project owners, conducting detailed discussions on project specifics, ensuring alignment and mutual understanding.
• Review and approve project designs and plans, making sure they conform to all necessary industry standards and regulations.
• Embrace the role of prime consultant on various projects where needed, offering leadership and expert guidance to the team.
• Utilize civil engineering principles in real-world projects, showcasing your solid understanding and practical knowledge of the field.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of site design engineering experience.
• Certification as an Engineer in Training EIT or Professional Engineer PE license in Washington.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD with preference for Civil 3D expertise.
• A Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
• Proven experience liaising with architects and project owners.
• Existing connections within the local architecture/engineering community are highly valued.
• Experience as the prime consultant on projects is a significant plus.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to work effectively within a team.
