BRANCH FINANCE MANAGER (CONSUMER FINANCE) The exclusive lender for America's largest automotive sub-prime franchise company, Car Now Acceptance Company, is currently seeking a Branch Finance Manager for one of our top locations! BRANCH FINANCE MANAGER REWARD:

· Base salary of $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 commensurate with skill & experience

BRANCH FINANCE MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Lead, manage, train, and motivate a team of sales employees

· Conduct contract closings facilitating in the purchase of a vehicle

· Assist in directing overall decisions on loan originations and the underwriting process

· Verify Credit Applications for Accuracy

· Provide excellent customer service

· Assist the Branch General Manager in overall branch operations

BRANCH FINANCE MANAGER REQUIREMENTS:

· Have at least 2 years of leadership experience in Consumer Finance, Rent-to-own, Sub-prime Finance, Special Finance, Title Loan, Payday Loan, Collections/Lending Management or a related area

· Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills

· Sub-prime experience is preferred

· High integrity and uncompromising customer service values

· Computer literacy

· The ability to work some early evening and Saturday hours (5-day work week schedule - no Sundays)
