The big task

• Logistic Specialists are the main point-of-contact for company drivers. They relay relevant company information to field staff and customers as necessary. They also act as daily supervisors for the technicians, providing feedback for their managers, motivating and coaching as needed.
• Keep a positive attitude under the stress of multiple tasks happening at one time
• The specialist answers internal/customer calls, captures breakdown service information, answer inquiries and questions, troubleshoot problems and provides accurate information. Interacts by phone/text with customers and vendors to schedule services, answer questions, dispatch techs and conduct debriefs.
• Creates email correspondence with internal and external customers, identifies responsible billing parties, selects capable vendors using in and out of network resources. The specialist is challenged with converting opportunities into completed jobs by sending the right tech to the right customer.
• We are looking for the right person that fits our culture and core values; Take Great Care, Stand for Something and Be Better Today than Yesterday. Experience is preferred but not required, we will train the right player.
