JDA TSG is HIRING CREDENTIALED TAX EXPERTS FOR THE UPCOMING TAX SEASON, AND WE WOULD LOVE TO SPEAK WITH YOU!

WHO YOU ARE:

• YOU HAVE AN ACTIVE PTIN AND ONE OF THE FOLLOWING UNRESTRICTED CREDENTIALS: EA (IRS ENROLLED AGENT), CPA, OR JD / L.LM.
• You are friendly and reassuring with a passion for customer service and problem resolution.
• You are comfortable interacting over video and chat. (Dedicated hardwired internet connection required.)
• You are the go-to for all things tax: you have at least 3 seasons filing 30 or more individual and small business tax returns, using tax prep software in a tax practice/retail setting.
• You avoid tax jargon and are happy to answer customers' tax preparation questions using language they understand.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Provide TAX SUPPORT and advice over video, phone, and chat, helping customers work on returns (You are not preparing or filing returns directly.)

• Ensure an EXCELLENT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE using your expertise in tax preparation, technology troubleshooting, and resolving tax issues – there is a script that you will follow to help guide your responses

• Carefully document all customer interactions

We need someone who can work from late January to late April for 20 - 35 hours a week. (Yes! Even during the height of the season, although extra hours are available during peak.)
