Operating area: Midwest to the East Coast

Requirements:

• At least 21 years old.
• Drivers must have a minimum of 90 days of over-the-road (OTR) experience in the last year (excluding training time).
• Must possess a valid CDL-A in the state of residence.
• No more than 3 moving violations within a 3-year period.
• No reckless driving within the past 5 years.
• No more than 3 jobs in the past year, with one job being at least 3+ months of solo tractor/trailer driving experience.
• Urine testing; no positive drug or alcohol test in a lifetime.

Type of Freight and Equipment:

• General commodity and protein hauler - boxed beef, chicken, pork, and beer
• 4 years or newer - Kenworth T680 * No cameras in trucks
• Automatics Will consider a Driver with an Automatic Suspension on their license.
• % of Drop and Hook 70% Drop and hook
• % of No Touch 99% no touch

Home Time / Days Out

• Average Miles per wk. 2500 to 3000 miles a week
• Driver will be out 2-4 weeks at a time.
• 6 days of home time every month with an 8-day notice and prior approval (not guaranteed)
• 1st load the Driver could be out 2-2 1/2 weeks because of approval on home time.
• Riders are permitted (must be 10 yrs. of age)

Pay:

• Base ranges from $.40 to $.65 cpm depending on experience!
• Guaranteed Weekly $1000 Gross Pay
