HFA has a unique opportunity for a high-caliber Mechanical or Electrical Engineer to grow and lead their MEP practice in Franklin, Mass. Whether you're a "doer" with a strong background in MEP/HVAC design and construction, or a "doer/seller" who can grow the local office and set strategy, this is a great opportunity to look into. As the first engineer in what's currently an architect-led office, this is an ownership-path opportunity with the strong potential for you to become a shareholder! You'll need a high degree of integrity and be able to develop/maintain key relationships internally, externally and among multiple disciplines, including HFA's architectural group.

HFA has has fully adapted to remote collaboration, with a flexible work policy including "no-go" Mondays and Fridays. You'll be open to traveling within New England to support existing clients and promote new business.
