Here's what you'll need:

• P.E. License required, PTOE desirable;
• Superb leadership qualities, excellent communication skills;
• 8+ years of Civil/Traffic Engineering design experience;
• Experience with AutoCAD and traffic analysis software;
• Experience with Boston/MassDOT standards;
