With many long-term clients (BART, SFO, FTA, etc.), their continuing growth has created a new opportunity for an energetic and experienced Resident Engineer/Project Manager to grow and manage their CM team, while overseeing construction on major infrastructure projects including BART.

The firm's success stems from their dedication to their people and low-bureaucracy culture which values teamwork, diversity and stakeholder input. To start, you'll lead a select group of CM professionals on a high-profile BART station retrofit project in downtown Oakland!

You're experienced with cost/schedule oversight, quality control, change and claims management as owner's representative on large public works projects. Having your PE, CCM or PMP is highly valued at The Allen Group, and their Professional Development Program will support your obtaining these credentials. Experience working with stakeholders and the public on high-stakes transit projects such as BART will be a big plus - you'll have a great deal of autonomy in managing client and stakeholder relations!
