Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager who's passionate about growing a regional highway/traffic engineering practice in the SF Bay Area. They're an ENR top-ranked firm in over 20 categories of public/private infrastructure design, appearing 11 times on FORTUNE Magazine’s "100 Best Companies to Work For" list!

You'll be supported by senior management and 5,000 multidisciplinary professionals company-wide due to their "one cost center" model. You'll also participate in marketing, business development, client engagement, and mentoring while you manage planning and engineering projects, including traffic operations, simulation, analysis/impact, signal coordination, and other tasks for Caltrans, local agencies and private clients.

Your PE or TE license is preferred, and you'll need local Bay Area experience on highway projects, experience with traffic modeling software, and excellent communication skills. This opportunity is available in any of my client's 4 Northern California offices - San Jose, Pleasanton, Oakland or Sacramento.
