Harrison French & Associates (HFA) is a regional, full-service architectural and engineering firm, 300 people strong, with a national portfolio of clients and projects - mixed-use developments, restaurants and high-volume retail. They're seeking a Civil Engineering Practice Leader to set direction for their Civil Engineering Group firmwide!

Headquartered in Bentonville, Arkansas and with offices in Boston, MA and Ft. Worth, TX, HFA has fully adapted to building and leading technical teams remotely! This is an ownership-path opportunity with the strong potential for you to become a key shareholder with HFA. You'll have civil engineering licensure, ideally in multiple states - if not, HFA's professional development program will support your obtaining additional registrations!

Your technical breadth in land development (site design, grading/drainage, traffic and/or municipal engineering), along with exceptional team-building, communication and cross-selling skills will be the key to your success at HFA. You'll need a high degree of integrity and professionalism, as well as the ability create and maintain key relationships internally, externally and across disciplines.

Post-COVID, you'll be willing to travel to HFA's Bentonville headquarters approximately once per month. This is a unique and potentially highly rewarding opportunity for an engineer with a strong entrepreneurial mindset!
