You'll lead/support a variety of public and private sector planning projects providing policy, regulatory and design guidance throughout Southern California, with the backing of a company-wide, single-profit center model that draws on the talent of 5,000 professionals!

You'll bring 12+ years of experience in a Urban or Policy Planning role, working with public agencies, private developers and/or law firms, along with a relevant planning degree, and preferably your AICP certification. You'll also be knowledgeable in California planning practices, laws and requirements. You'll have a strong client focus and business development mindset, and be a positive role model to younger staff!
