THE POSITION; As the eCommerce Web Designer/ Graphic Designer you will work as part of the marketing team to develop & design website landing pages & micro websites complimented which would be designed to support "compelling consumer goods/ product advertisements via videos, GIF's and standard advertisement graphics". In addition, the Web/ Graphics Designer will produce product graphics that would be launched on various brand websites/ marketing/ sales channels and more. This role would entail designing and building landing pages for for all of our websites, creating & writing marketing/ ad content for the website, creating/ writing eCommerce BLOGS for the company website(s), taking product photos (both life style AND eCommerce ready photos), preparing all graphics, videos and GIF's for the website (ie, vector, png, jpeg, etc).

** Must be excellent in building websites using eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, Word Press, BigCommerce, WIX, etc, AND have strong experience building "micro sites" and "landing pages" for websites using landing page building software **

From website design to creating fun and interesting BLOGS, to working with the other graphic designers to create amazing product photo shoots & designing both offline and online digital content for our products! In addition, there will be an opportunity to shoot & edit product videos as well. You will want to begin familiarizing yourself immediately with video editing software if that isn’t a skill already had. The Web/ Graphic Designer will work cross functionally within the marketing department (along with other internal team members and departments) to create "creative, interesting, landing pages/ micro sites + product ads" that deliver sales & conversions across all of our brands.

ROLE/ RESPONSIBILTIES;

• Excellent website builder using eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, Word Press, BigCommerce, WIX, etc
• Experience building "micro sites" and "landing pages" for websites using landing page building software's
• Brainstorm with the online marketing manager & others for new ideas and strategies for effective content.
• Research markets and industries to create content that is innovative and original for our brands
• Develop copy on a wide variety of topics for multiple food product brands
• Create eye-catching and innovative headlines/ taglines for website pages
• Write new content and proofread existing content to improve website design and UIX
• Use SEO guidelines to insure effective SEO copy where required (you would work hand-in-glove with our SEO manager)
• Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
• Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)
• Write and Publish Content on Shopify and various other website platforms
• Source stock Images for content

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED;

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Graphic Arts, Digital Design, marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field preferred
• 3+ years building websites and micro sites using platforms like WIX, Shopify, WordPress, etc
• 3+ years of professional writing experience, especially with digital platforms and/ or websites
• Excellent skills in using "Adobe Photoshop/ Adobe Illustrator/ Adobe Products"
• Familiarity with keyword placement and SEO writing techniques
• Portfolio of published work
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Self-motivated and self-directed
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs
• Effective graphics designer that works independently and consistently meets deadlines.
• Proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter and web designer/ builder
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure is essential.
• Near perfect work attendance; strong professional etiquette and attendance is a must
