Job Description
Administrative Assistant needed for growing Electrical Contractor. The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this fast paced environment.
Responsibilities
•Answer phones and direct calls appropriately. •Create, schedule and confirm customer appointments. •Ensure file organization based on office standards. •Support office staff with day to day operations. •Coordinate travel for field employees. •Create invoices and job estimate sheets for Service Technicians. •Obtain permits, dig tickets and file NTOs •Arrange travel for out of town work.
Qualifications
•High School Diploma. •Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills. •Ability to multitask. •Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
Compensation package: Position is hourly and is reviewed during the interview process 50% of Employee Health insurance paid by Employer. Vision and Dental Insurance paid 100% by Employer 401K program Paid vacation, paid holidays, and sick time Immediate opening available.
