Regional Sales & Marketing Representative (Remote - Open to Applicants Nationwide)
SERVPRO JEFFRIES Global is a full-service industry-leading water, mold, and large-loss fire restoration and construction company. We are one of a select few members of the SERVPRO Global Disaster Recovery Team Program, making us one of the largest commercial restoration companies in the country.
We are NOW HIRING a Regional Sales & Marketing Representative to join our growing team. A strong candidate for this position has previously worked in the restoration, construction, or related industry. This self-motivated and ambitious individual would also have experience selling a service or product to large commercial entities within a designated territory.
COMPENSATION: $75-100k + UNCAPPED Commission and Benefits
JOB TYPE: Remote/Full-Time
QUALIFICATIONS:
A minimum of five years of successful business-to-business sales experience.
Experience in commercial restoration and/or related industry.
Proficient time management and self-motivation are paramount to success.
Proven success in sales, customer service, administrative, verbal, and written communication skills.
Strong business and financial background and process-and-results-driven attitude.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business or equivalent experience preferred.
Computer and technology efficiency.
Must have a valid driver's license. (Driving required throughout your region - Company vehicle provided)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Travel within the assigned region to meet with clients, attend industry events, and conduct business meetings.
Meet and exceed sales quotas by executing the sales cycle, setting up consultation and closing meetings, and driving direct referrals to ServPro JEFFRIES Global.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region.
Schedule and perform one-on-one meetings with Centers of Influence (“COI”) to develop SERVPRO® clients.
Set up client meetings, maintain client lists, and participate in professional associations.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region.
Complete Emergency Ready Profiles (ERPs) and discuss the benefits of emergency event preparation.
Execute and maintain Master Service Agreements (MSAs).
Build and maintain customer relationships with existing clientele.
Utilize Customer Relationship Management software to update significant changes in accounts, record detailed interactions with customers, and identify COIs through historical information.
Increase sales territory revenue by consistently achieving sales territory goals.
