Customer Service Representative (Monday - Friday)
Job Description
JEGS has immediate openings for entry-level and seasoned Customer Service Representatives to work in our Columbus, OH, or our Delaware, OH Call Centers. This role has the potential to be a hybrid opportunity. This role will be using verbal & written communication (phones, live chat and email) to help customers with their orders. Candidates will execute transactions promptly and accurately. If you are passionate about providing quality customer service and enjoy working in a high-volume customer-focused environment, this could be the opportunity for you.
