Job Overview: KLG LLC, a sister company of JEL Manufacturing LLC is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Residential Cleaners to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring our clients' homes are kept clean and tidy, providing a comfortable and welcoming environment. The Residential Cleaner will perform a variety of cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces, while adhering to safety and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and floors.

Dust and polish furniture, surfaces, and decorative items.

Vacuum and mop floors, rugs, and carpets.

Empty and clean trash receptacles.

Clean kitchen appliances, countertops, and cabinets.

Make beds and change linens as required.

Wipe down and sanitize surfaces such as door handles, light switches, and window sills.

Organize and tidy up living spaces, including straightening pillows and arranging items.

Follow established cleaning routines and schedules.

Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly maintained and stored.

Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor.

Adhere to health and safety regulations and guidelines.

Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor.

Handle special cleaning projects as assigned.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper preferred.

Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

Knowledge of cleaning techniques and cleaning products.

Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks.

Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks.

Excellent time management skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as needed.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Personal transportation.

Clean criminal record for bonding

Experience: Desired, but not required.

Salary and Benefits

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour, not including tips and mileage reimbursement. Base wage is dependent on experience.
