    Job Description

    The Customer Service & Sales Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing effective sales and service to customers by using knowledge of company products and services. CSR’s interact with customers to provide information in response to questions, concerns, and complaints by phone and Internet. The CSR uses communication and listening skills to provide an excellent customer experience to solve issues and offer advice on products and their usage. The CSR promptly manages and prioritizes multiple tasks simultaneously and processes customer orders, changes, and returns according to established department policies and procedures, and provides timely feedback to company management regarding challenges and/or customer concerns.

    · Promptly addressing customer feedback and messages from online sales platforms

    · Answering phones and managing inbound sales calls

    · Handling the return and refund process daily including inspecting, refunding, repackaging, and restocking all customers and Amazon FBA returns.

    · Communicating and transferring bulk orders to the appropriate Manager

    · Processing customer cancellation, adjustment, claims, and refunds

    · Coordinating dropship orders

    · Refers unresolved customer issues to designated personnel for further investigation.

    · Keeps records of customer interactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.

    · Assisting warehouse tasks if necessary

    · Assisting in picking and packing orders if necessary

    MISCELLANEOUS

    The above-listed responsibilities comprise the CSR’s main duties and tasks however, it is not an exhaustive list. On occasion, the CSR may be asked to temporarily support the company in other areas as needed.

    POSITION REQUIREMENTS

    We are looking for someone that:

    • Demonstrates strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
    • Experienced with, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Worked closely with customers on concerns, questions, and inquires
    • Analyzes and compare data from a different system
    • Performs excellent computer typing skills minimum typing speed of 50 WPM with 95% accuracy.
    • Has a pleasant, friendly attitude and can adapt to different situation
    • Pays attention to details
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred

    ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

    • 2 years of customer services experience preferred
    • Previous experience in the industrial industry is a plus
    • Ecommerce(eBay & Amazon) experience is a plus
    • Experience with Channel Advisor, Skuvault, and Shipstation is a plus

    SCHEDULE:

    • 8-hour shift
    • Monday to Friday

    SUPPLEMENTAL PAY:

    • Bonus pay
