LOAN OFFICER DESCRIPTION:

We are at a phenomenal point in history where the housing market is hotter than decades prior. We founded the company about 3 years ago composed of four well established mortgage professionals. As a company we are quickly approaching 1000 total team members with offices across the valley, as well as in California. No outside funding, no private equity, just a foundational company poised to make large moves in the financial industry throughout the state and rest of the nation.

This is a full-time position where you will be eligible to become a licensed loan officer after 2 months and join an elite team of individuals striving to continue to grow and develop mortgage skills proven to be successful. You will learn the mortgage process from beginning to end directly from our owners, VP of Sales, as well as our Directors of Sales, who have a combined 50 years of leadership development. We’ll start by putting you through an 8-week intensive sales training process as a CSR. Then once you graduate to a Loan Officer we have another 12 week training program to ensure you’re ready for the next step in your career. As a Loan Officer your Leaders will continue to share their knowledge and train you to continuously help improve your craft throughout your entire career at JFQ. Our elite process speaks for itself, we are on pace to fund 4 billion dollars in our third full year of business, while it has taken the majority of lending companies in the industry nearly a decade to reach such a feat.

DUTIES:

· Call on mortgage leads to initiate contact with potential clients

· Responsible for obtaining the basic information from the client, and transferring calls to licensed officers

· Process phone applications as needed

· Respond to voicemails and emails within 24 hours

· Ability to pass basic mortgage tests if provided material to become a licensed Loan Officer

REQUIREMENTS:

· No sales or mortgage experience necessary

· High school Diploma

· Looking for driven, self-motivated individuals who are determined to hit goals in order to achieve career growth and financial success

· Must be a Resident of the surrounding area

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
