JFS Care is looking for a dynamic professional sales person, one with experience in relationship based / conceptual sales for a higher end services. We are in the eldercare space, and looking for the right individual who can convey with great confidence in our referrers that we can help them find solutions to their problems. We are primarily working with Professionals who refer their clients to us, so the successful candidate, will need to exhibit the same level of comfort working with Attorneys, Physicians, Financial Planners, Trust Officers, Assisted Living Administrators, Discharge Planners, as well as family members and clients. We are in the growth mode looking to continue to grow our private business line. We are an agency with a long history, and are mission driven. Tasks would include a disciplined approach to outreach / relationship building with key referral sources; speaking with prospective clients and or their family members (intake); and possibly meeting with clients to initiate services. The ideal candidate would possess:Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in sales and/or marketing or equivalent experience required.

· Minimum of two years’ previous sales experience, with knowledge of geriatric care, care management or health care preferred.

· Professional presentation and consultative sales skills required.

· Ability to interface effectively and professionally with client committee, including family, physicians, attorneys, etc.

· Ability to work in a team environment.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.

· PC literacy required.

· Valid driver’s license and proof of current auto insurance required.
