You will be responsible for facilitating the sale & purchase of client properties, as well as building strong relationships within the community and with clients. Responsibilities: • Manage & maintain relationships with clients to facilitate successful transactions • Assist clients in the buying, selling, and renting of properties • Prospect and follow up on new leads provided by the brokerage • Build a strong referral network and client base within the community • Communicate with clients and prospects through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge Qualifications: • Active PA Real Estate Salesperson License • 2+ years of experience in the real estate industry preferred • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively • Familiarity with the local real estate market and community • Proficiency in technology and digital marketing tools • Driver's license & personal vehicle required Compensation: $90,000 + at plan commission
