Rate: Hourly $25 / Hour Commitment: This is a full-time 6 month contract position with opportunity to renew based on good performance. It is onsite and available to candidates local to the Dallas, TX area. Please note: This position is not remote. Candidates must be open to working in-office four - five days a week.

About the position:
This is an opportunity with a fast growing company in the AI field. The Ai Writing Generalist is a role for individuals interested in working in the Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning industry with high writing skills. The role will be focused on training cutting-edge generative artificial intelligence models, where Writing Generalist s are high-quality performers and detail-oriented taskers, that help ensure the quality of tasks is always at the highest standard. The Writing Generalist Program also provides direct training, support, and guidance to ensure Writing Generalist s are successful in their position.

As an AI Writing Generalist , you will:

• Create original and challenging prompts for an AI model to respond to.
• Assess whether a piece of text produced by an AI model is factually accurate or not.
• Work on various writing/reading projects to train generative AI models.
• Rank a series of responses that were produced by an AI model.
• Based on a given topic, write a short story about that topic.

Requirements

• Must be open to working in-office four - five days a week
• Must have a Bachelors Degree
• Located in Dallas, TX

Preferred qualifications:

• Completion of a liberal arts degree program that is heavily writing-focused (Literature, Linguistics, Communication, Philosophy, History, English, or similar)
• professional experience where drafting polished written communication was a core responsibility
• Experience in one of the below areas:
  • Professional Translation
  • Professional Writing (e.g. copywriter, journalist, technical writer, editor, translator, instructional designer)
  • Education
