    We are looking for a detail-oriented and dynamic Executive Assistant to join our growing team in Seattle, WA. This role offers an exciting opportunity to play a key part in our real estate projects and daily operations. Serving as the main support to our team leader, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations, providing project support, and delivering exceptional service to our clients. Compensation: • Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000 • Paid Time Off • Room for Growth Responsibilities: Real Estate Transaction Assistance: • Aid in drafting closing documents for property transactions • Coordinate with relevant parties to facilitate seamless transactions • Ensure accurate and timely completion of transaction-related paperwork • Act as a liaison between clients, agents, and stakeholders • Assist in overseeing all aspects of the transaction process Project Management Support: • Assist in establishing and implementing project management protocols • Manage project workflows, timelines, and deadlines • Collaborate with contractors and vendors to meet project milestones • Monitor and report on project key performance indicators (KPIs) • Support the project manager in tracking and reporting project progress Office Management: • Organize paperwork and documentation for property renovations • Manage filing of receipts, bills, and important documents • Procure marketing materials and maintain office inventory • Assist with employee management tasks Brokerage Support: • Prepare marketing materials and listings for properties • Create homeowner and listing packets • Assist with brokerage events and training sessions • Support brokerage tasks and explore innovative marketing strategies Marketing and Client Relations: • Update websites with new property listings • Plan and execute social media campaigns • Create and manage social media content • Coordinate direct mail campaigns and explore new marketing avenues • Contribute to client appreciation events General Administrative Support: • Manage database growth and organization • Coordinate scheduling and appointments • Provide assistance to team members as required • Maintain accurate expense records and assist with budgeting • Manage workflows, transactions, and contractor relationships • Assist with lead management and tracking of team KPIs • Contribute to the development and implementation of systems and technologies Qualifications: • Willingness to travel with personal vehicle (for material delivery and photography) • The company will provide a gas card for mileage traveled • Outstanding organizational skills • Strong attention to detail • Tech-savvy with proficiency in office applications and quick adaptation to new systems • Experience in video creation/editing • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively • Independent worker with excellent time management skills • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills • Strong problem-solving abilities • Discretion and confidentiality • Customer service orientation • College degree and social media experience preferred • Comfortable working with diverse personalities • Thorough and enjoys maintaining to-do lists Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000
