    We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Project Coordinator to join our growing team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our real estate projects and transactions. As the right-hand person to our team leader, you will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient operations, supporting project management, and ensuring a seamless client experience. Compensation: • Salary Range: $50,000-$60,000 • Paid Time Off • Growth Opportunity Responsibilities: Real Estate Transaction Support: • Assist in the preparation of closing documents for property purchases and sales • Coordinate with relevant parties for smooth transaction processes • Ensure timely and accurate completion of transaction-related paperwork • Liaise with clients, agents, and other stakeholders to facilitate transactions • Support the transaction manager in overseeing all aspects of the transaction process Project Management Support: • Assist in the development and implementation of project management systems • Oversee project workflows, timelines, and deadlines • Collaborate with contractors and vendors to ensure project milestones are met • Monitor and report on project KPIs • Support the project manager in tracking and reporting project progress Office Management: • Manage paperwork and documentation for property renovations • Handle filing of receipts, bills, and critical documents • Order marketing materials and maintain office inventory • Assist in employee management tasks Brokerage Support: • Prepare email marketing and listing materials for homes • Create new homeowner and listing packets • Support broker team events and training sessions • Assist with brokerage tasks and explore new marketing ideas Marketing and Client Relations: • Update websites with new property listings • Social media calendar and campaigns • Creating and Managing social media campaigns • Social media content creation • Manage direct mail campaigns and explore new marketing avenues • Contribute to systematized client appreciation events General Administrative Support: • Oversee database management and growth • Assist in scheduling and appointment coordination • Provide support to team members as needed • Maintain accurate expense tracking and assist in budgeting • Manage workflows, transaction processes, and contractor relationships • Assist in lead management and tracking of team KPIs • Contribute to the development and implementation of systems and technologies Qualifications: • Must be willing to travel with their vehicle for this position (delivering materials and taking photos) • The company will provide a gas card for mileage traveled • Outstanding organization • Strong attention to detail • Tech savvy; up-to-date with the latest office gadgets and applications and able to navigate new systems quickly • Experience in video creation/editing • Able to multitask and prioritize daily workload - can work on multiple projects at once • Able to work independently to support a team and appropriately manage time • Effective interpersonal skills, including superior oral and written communication skills • Strong problem-solving abilities • Discretion and confidentiality • Customer service focus • College degree and social media experience preferred • Comfortable handling strong personalities • Must be thorough and LOVE to-do lists Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000
