Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled Welder to join our team at our facility located in Madison, AL, 35756. As a Welder, you will be responsible for performing various welding techniques such as MIG and TIG welding, as well as reading blueprints and setting up welding equipment for production.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG and TIG welding techniques to join metal components.
• Read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications to determine welding requirements.
• Set up welding equipment and select appropriate welding methods based on the project.
• Inspect and test welded joints to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Operate and maintain welding tools and equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects within given deadlines.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a MIG and TIG Welder.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and welding specifications.
• Strong knowledge of welding setups for production.
• Ability to operate and maintain welding equipment and tools.
• Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality welds.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and meet project deadlines.
• Valid welding certifications are a plus.
