KNOWLEDGE:
- Follow equipment safety requirements
- Knowledge of evacuation and shelter in place processes
- Adhere all PPE requirements
- Willing to learn processes via hands on practice and SOP instruction from the department training matrix
- cGMP awareness and compliance for the protection of patients
- GDP awareness and compliance
- Read complete batch record
- Prepare tank and hookups for packaging production
- Perform line tasks as instructed
- Record process information in packaging records and logbooks
- Clean equipment and workspaces
- Familiar with use of packaging line equipment
- Perform all duties following company safety procedures
- Accountable for accurate packaging of products free from contamination in accordance with FDA cGMP requirements
- Setup filler
- Correctly document downtime in batch record
- Operate material handling equipment
- Review completed batch records for accuracy
- Willingness cross-training opportunities
TECHNICAL APPLICATION :
- Finalized task list
- Complete written assessment
- Management or supervisor sign-off
DIRECTION:
- Follow the general supervision and instructions that are provide to you for the routine work along with the detailed instructions provided
SOFT SKILLS:
- Understanding and practice of Lean Manufacturing
REQUIRED Experience and Education :
- High school diploma or equivalency (GED)
- Six months experience
Conducting (10 panel drug screening and/or background check) report inquiries may be necessary for employment purposes.
