JINYA presents an authentic ramen culture, where the relationship between broth and noodles is serious, but delicious business. We are looking for energetic team members to help bring this authentic JINYA Ramen culture to Charlotte for the first time. With thick, rich broth in perfect balance with handmade noodles, our guests will discover a wide array of fresh toppings from tender pork chashu to a perfectly seasoned poached egg that takes ramen to the next level.
