Entry Level Receptionist/Secretary needed! Small family owned company in the plumbing industry located in South St. Louis looking for a positive, energetic individual to join our team! Office hours are Monday – Friday 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (flexible). PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF NOT SERIOUSLY INTERESTED IN LONG TERM EMPLOYMENT!
Primary Duties & Responsibility:
Answering multi-line phone system and direct accordingly.
Greet customers and clients upon arrival.
Dispatching service calls.
Maintaining daily job tickets.
Data Entry.
Handling/disbursing mail.
Filing and organizing job files.
Perform general office duties and light housekeeping.
MUST:
Have some previous experience in office atmosphere.
Have CRAZY GOOD telephone skills and customer service skills!
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Be a Team Player.
Have a sense of humor! We are in the plumbing service business! Days can be stressful or boring – must be able to function under stress and time constraints as well as jump in and help with other clerical tasks when available.
