Key Responsibilities:

• Pre-qualify homes, anticipate customer needs, and generate leads.
• Close deals virtually or in-person, manage accounts, and drive referral business.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout and after the sales process.

Requirements:

• Sales experience is a plus, but not required for all roles.
• Minimum 1-year in-home (Door to door) sales experience required for advanced roles.
• Ability to work full time~ afternoon/evenings.
• Obtain personal LLC
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Willingness to travel (Locally) and market areas selected by Office Sales Manager and Team Lead.
• Valid Driver's license and personal source of transportation.
• Able to pass a criminal background screening for some roles.
• Personal cell phone.

Job Type: Full-time

Commission Earning Potential: $50,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year*

*Dependent on position and experience. (Full-commission position)

Schedule: 6-8-hour shift
