Position Overview:
JKR Windows is seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Sales Planning Coordinator. As the Sales Planning Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team's success by coordinating various planning activities, including trainings, events, meetings, and travel arrangements. Additionally, you will be responsible for designing engaging and impactful swag items to enhance team morale and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Weekly Training Coordination:
* Collaborate with sales leadership to organize and schedule weekly training sessions for sales representatives.
* Assist in developing training materials and presentations, ensuring alignment with sales objectives and goals.
- Swag and Event Planning:
* Design creative and innovative swag items for sales blitzes and other events to enhance team morale and promote brand awareness.
* Coordinate the procurement and distribution of swag items, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
* Assist in planning and executing team-building events and activities to foster camaraderie and collaboration among sales team members.
- Leadership Meeting Support:
* Prepare agendas, materials, and presentations for leadership meetings, ensuring all necessary information is provided in a timely manner.
* Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items to facilitate effective communication and decision-making.
- Travel Arrangements:
* Coordinate travel logistics for sales representatives, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation, to ensure smooth and efficient travel experiences.

- Administrative Support:

Qualifications:
