We are currently hiring for a Finance and Administration Assistant who will assist the VP of Finance and Operations in providing administrative support and assisting with accounting and payroll functions for JLM clients as directed. ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT
Providing all aspects of administrative support under the direction of the VP of Finance and Operations as well as our HR Consultants.
Updating timesheet allocations and/or any changes as needed in payroll platforms.
Client Payroll support as needed.
Conducts filing and administrative duties as necessary.
