THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of performing administrative duties in a timely and orderly fashion.

They thrive in a fast paced and a team oriented environment.

They get excited about construction projects as well as completing assignments on time.

An individual who will do well in this position is self oriented, organized, a great communicator, and approachable.

Comfortable working within a team environment at the project site in Los Angeles.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/SKILLS

Move costs for that were miscoded in the project accounting system.

Open new cost codes and maintain various databases with cost codes.

Run transaction detail reports upon request.

Run a variety of project reports from accounting/reporting software on a monthly basis.

Review shopping carts with proposed purchases to verify cost coding and budget.

Organize and maintain supporting documentation for changes to the monthly forecast (change reports) Run weekly labor unit cost reports using.

Heavy Job and MS Access databases.

Support project staff in maintaining Change Management databases.

Support project staff in organizing monthly forecast meetings with different discipline managers
