Job Description
Perform assigned Porter functions as part of the Technical Center Workshop team. Partial responsibilities include vehicle logistic support, damage assessment, staging, receiving and dispatch.
What Your Day-to- Day Responsibilities Include:
As per Technical Center's rework schedule, coordinate the transportation of vehicles from Technical Center in support of the rework process
Signing out of keys from the key track system
Locating assigned units
Physical evaluation to assess any visible/apparent damage (not limited to e.g. dents, cracked windshields, scratches) to account for damage
Short test drive/lap vehicles to identify any fault/service codes and/or drivability issues to be addressed before release (not limited to e.g. check engine light, service required, vibrations, road noise, poor braking, over/under inflated tires)
Removal of plates and documentation of which vehicle they were removed from
Staging of vehicles to be collected in the designated collection zone
Updating various spreadsheets with units and carrier
For Inbound Units:
Scheduling delivery with Manheim
Physical vehicle evaluation
Collection of all keys to deliver to Technical Center for Keys Track System entry
Short test drive/lap to identify any fault/service codes and/or drivability issues to be addressed
Parking of delivered units
Interact with customers daily which include business personnel and logistical companies
Assist in vehicle pick up and exchanges with employees, including scheduling, pick up and preparing vehicles
Receive and dispatch vehicles to and from the transporters. Complete the transportation paperwork. Secure the vehicle and lock all keys in the Key Track System
AD Hoc Services:
Pool Fleet Maintenance
Pre/Post use fuel fill up
Pre/post cleaning
Mileage/parking location audits
VIP deliveries and handovers
Qualifications
Driver's license
First Aid/CPR Certified preferred
Must maintain High Standards
Works well under pressure
Manages business complexity

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate may not have been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At MSXi, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $19 to $21 hourly based on current experience.
