-Answer phones and direct calls

-Enter checks and calculate bank deposits

-Handle collection for accounts

-Process credit card payments

-Assist with proposal preparation

-Aid in proposal follow up

Job Qualifications:

-Experience with computers and microsoft office

-Outgoing personality and experience working with general public

-Office and phone related experience preferred.
