Responsibilities: • Be available to help onsite tradespeople and heavy equipment workers as needed, to complete the plumbing, electrical, roofing, and any other aspect of the project • Take away any remaining tools, trash, and building materials once construction is complete to ensure a clean work site • Help your team with all stages of the build to make sure that the job is done as efficiently as possible • Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure you and your team members are free from injury • Unload and stack all building materials and tools needed for a project so that everything is accessible and easy to find for the project Qualifications: • Candidates who have experience using construction equipment such as forklift, power tools, and hand tools highly preferred • Must be able to take direction, work well independently and as part of a team for efficiency and productivity • Our crew members must be physically able to do the work with reliable hand-eye coordination and balance • We prefer if you have a high school diploma or GED • Should have general knowledge of building and construction, but we are willing to provide training Compensation: $15 - $20 hourly
