Job Description
Our client a growing and reputable firm with an office in Tewksbury, MA is looking for a handful of Customer Service Representatives to join their team on a temporary to hire basis as soon as possible. The client is looking for candidates who are reliable and who show up every day giving it their best effort. The ideal candidate will need to be strong on the phones, have a professional demeanor and be able to deal with stressful customer service issues in a timely manner both on the phone and over email.
This is a Mon-Fri position with the hours of 11:30am-8pm. One Saturday shift a month of 8:30am-4:30pm is also required and would pay out overtime if you are over 40 hours a week. The client is also open to bringing on people for a Mon-Fri 9:30am-6:30pm shift Training will be provided on the CRM system as well as on what the company does. There would be work from home potential with this role once an individual is fully trained.
