    Position Overview

    • Job Title: HR Coordinator
    • Education: Bachelors Degree with a preference for Finance & Book keeping experience
    • Hours: M-F 9:30 am - 6:30 pm
    • Job Type: RFT, Salary

    Location

    • Dallas, TX (Remote but occasional onsite meetings)
    • DFW Local candidates only

    Basic Qualifications

    • Associates Degree in Business, Management, Communications, English, or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred
    • Bilingual in Korean and English
    • Finance and Bookkeeping experience preferred
    • Hard working, detail-oriented, and committed to producing excellent result
    • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to handle highly confidential information
    • Able to work in a deadline-driven multitasking environment
    • Must be both self-directed and a team player with a positive attitude
    • Intermediate Microsoft Suite skills; including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

    Responsibilities

    • Establish, maintain, and update record-keeping and filing systems: classifcation, inventory, business reports, and other supportive documents.
    • Screen and direct business calls to proper personnel; provide excellent customer services for clients.
    • Schedule and coordinate phone, video, onsite interviews, business travels and company's recreational events
    • Assist and manage employee recruitment, management, and termination
    • Monitor and manage employee timecards, time offs, and Absence of Leaves
    • Assist and manage insurance benefits: business, health, auto, property, and/or etc.
    • Administer and manage Group Health Insurance benefits: enrollment, maintenance, cancellation
    • Conduct legal researches on HR-related rules and regulations, and prepare introductory presentations
    • Assist and manage network services: company email accounts, internet & intranet services, and/or etc.
