Purpose of Position
We are looking for a highly driven and collaborative learning and development facilitator/project manager who will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing function within a top-tiered global company. This position will provide facilitation, training delivery and operations support (when needed) for the Learning and Development (L&D) Team (includes NHO, Professional Development, Leadership Development, Diversity, HR and Talent Management, and other programs as needed). In addition, this individual will serve in a project manager capacity including, but not limited to: project reporting and administration, program/event planning, communications, and logistics. As part of the L&D team, this role will interface with multiple departments and may have opportunities to be influential and with experience become more involved with higher-level projects.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
**
- Facilitate excellent experiential learning programs focused on leadership, diversity, inclusion, performance management and career development.
- Program Management: New Hire Orientation and Leadership Essentials - develop course schedules; track participation; manage all logistics (with Coordinator support) of program operations; pull and analyze knowledge measurement data
- Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any updates.
- Apply strong creativity skills to design curriculum as needed and develop content that is effective for the learner, regardless of delivery modality.
- Understand virtual facilitation tools (Webex / Zoom); content management systems; and learning management systems (CornerStone OnDemand).
- Collaboration and Program Management: Collaborate with Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs) and Business Leaders to gather learning needs or training feedback, work with Senior Manager to assess specific needs, develop and implement creative solutions for SEA audience.
- Manage live training logistics (with Coordinator support): order materials and equipment, provide instructor support, room set-up/break down, support logistics both on-site and off-site; Reserve rooms for training events (coordinate with external vendors as needed); Coordinate with facilities and instructors and set up room as required; Ensure all technology is enabled and ready prior to workshop sessions; Create and follow up with catering orders for events
- Communicate effectively with various types of management levels within SEA and external organizations.
- Communications: distribute registration communications, prerequisite and follow-up work, marketing materials, and evaluations/surveys; set up and ensure functionality of webinars, conference calls, workshops, etc.
- Manage (working with Coordinator support) materials, print, collate, order and receive L&D program materials as needed
- Ensure on-boarding activities (i.e., scheduling, set-up, equipment) for new hires are smooth and timely
- Provide system administration support as needed (including entering/maintaining and auditing training and/or talent management data)
- Perform additional duties as required
CRITICAL COMPETENCIES AND EXPERIENCE FOR SUCCESS:
The candidate must have or be:
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills
- Willing and able to travel nationally
- Bachelor's degree in Adult Learning, Instructional Design or a related field and or combined work experience and education.
- Highly detail-oriented and organized with a sense of urgency.
- Motivated to learn and work hard in a fast-paced, highly ambiguous environment – enjoys creating structure where there may be none.
- Have Intermediate/Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word.
- Customer-service oriented – must be able to professionally and tactfully interact with all levels of the organization and comfortable speaking in front of groups.
- Strong communication skills with an ability to demonstrate influence without direct authority.
- Extremely comfortable with quickly learning new systems and processes.
- Proactive and solutions-oriented; have strong problem-solving skills.
- Independent and can take full charge of responsibilities, but not afraid to ask for guidance when needed.
- Strong time and project management skills – able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with concurrent and competing deadlines.
- Experienced with learning management systems, with 5+ years of project/program coordination experience, preferably in a learning and organization development, talent, HR or consulting environment.
- Able to lift and move furniture and boxes, flipcharts and easels, as required.
- Ability to adapt facilitation delivery and technique to a wide variety of audience demographics.
- Ability to connect training content directly into the career path and professional development of others.
- Ability to adapt to necessary and impromptu changes to content, audience, or overall facilitation.
- Stay abreast of the new trends and tools in employee development within our organization.
