RESPONSIBILITIES

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
• Utilize customer relationship management tools and other internet technologies to identify sales opportunities.
• Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email, social media, and potential client lists to contact current and potential clients.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Previous experience in sales is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• MUST BE ABLE TO OBTAIN AN ALABAMA PROPERTY & CASUALTY INSURANCE LICENSE.  Candidates already licensed are strongly preferred, but we will assist the right person to obtain the required license.
• MUST COMPLETE IDEALTRAITS ASSESSMENT.
• MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK.
