JOB DESCRIPTION: 

As a busser/runner, you will be assisting bartenders, servers, and hosts by maintaining area cleanliness and providing necessary support to ensure quick and friendly service to our guests. You are the lifeline between the kitchen and the dining room, connecting the pieces in the restaurant to have a smooth and successful shift. Duties include: bringing the correct food to the correct table and guest, ensuring that all stations are kept clean and organized, and helping the kitchen and floor staff prepare for each service. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

_Required: _18+, Must have (or in process of applying) for alcohol serving permit for Louisiana. Excellent communication skills, able to lift 50 lbs. 

_Preferred: _High School Diploma or GED.
